Recruiter - Sourcing specialist
Main Responsibilities:
• Understanding the ongoing hiring needs of their business and establishing the right sourcing mix to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles.
• Drafting & publishing attractive job advertisements and managing responses on various social media platforms, internal career portal & job boards.
• Doing the initially screening for applicants & ensure a strong candidate experience.
Key Requirements:
• Relevant experience level : 5+ years hands on experience in sourcing in the Information Technology domain..
• You have a strong knowledge of various sourcing tools & methodologies including Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Must have Good communication skills, Team Player & Ability to multi-task effectively.
