Position Details: Bi Lead

Description:

• Lead the planning, analysis, and design of business intelligence solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Proficiently perform data profiling to identify trends, patterns, and insights within datasets.
• Architect and develop reporting models, dashboards, and reports to visualize and communicate key business metrics effectively.
• Utilize ETL tools such as Informatica, DataStage, or AWS Glue to manage data workflows and transformations.
• Demonstrate expertise in Power BI and Data Bricks to create comprehensive and insightful visualizations and analytics.
• Utilize SQL expertise to query and manipulate data for analysis and reporting purposes.
• Lead cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment, fostering collaboration and driving towards shared objectives.
• Experiece in Healthcare/Life Science domain will be an added advantage.
• Experience in JIRA and Confluence to manage project tasks and documentation effectively.
• Bridge the gap between business and IT stakeholders by communicating complex requirements clearly and effectively.
• Proactively identify opportunities to develop new metrics and studies, enabling better understanding of customer behavior and defect reduction.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in ETL tools like Informatica, DataStage, or AWS Glue.
• Extensive expertise in Power BI and DataBricks for data visualization and analysis.
• Strong command of SQL and database management systems.
• Proven experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams in a global setting.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for project management and collaboration.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive and innovative mindset, capable of developing new metrics and studies to enhance business insights.
