Role Overview:

As an Offshore Account Manager, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with clients, assisting in sales activities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your primary focus will be on supporting the US-based team in managing client accounts and driving revenue growth,

Your experience from any of the leading IT services companies and with results to showcase of having managed multimillion big logo accounts and have grown them 2x, 3x in terms of revenue will be the important enabler.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.

Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Understand client needs and collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to propose solutions that meet client objectives.

 

Sales Support:

Assist the US-based sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and support in lead generation activities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

 

Account Management:

Collaborate with the delivery and project management teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

Monitor account health and identify opportunities for account growth.

Prepare regular reports on account status, sales activities, and forecasts.

 

Communication and Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on client needs and expectations.

Collaborate with colleagues in India and the US to maintain a cohesive approach to account management and sales activities.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience (10+ years) in a similar account management or sales support role within the IT services industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.

Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

Experience working with US clients in multi-million $ accounts.
