Position Details: UI/ UX Associate

Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Learn and Collaborate: Work closely with the UI/UX design team to understand project requirements and collaborate on design solutions.
2. Design Research: Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, user preferences, and design best practices.
3. Wireframing and Prototyping: Assist in creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
4. Graphic Design: Develop graphic elements and assets for use in user interfaces, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing design.
5. User Testing: Participate in usability testing sessions and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
6. Software Proficiency: Learn and utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or other relevant software.
7. Communication: Effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to team members, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.
8. Adaptability: Be open to learning new design methodologies and adapting to evolving project requirements.

Additional Responsibility:

1. Multimedia Skills Development: Display a willingness to learn and enhance skills in video editing. Collaborate with the multimedia team to understand video production requirements and contribute to the creation of engaging multimedia content.
2. Graphic Design Tasks: Undertake additional graphic design responsibilities, including but not limited to creating marketing collateral, social media visuals, and other graphic elements as needed for various projects. This will provide a well-rounded experience in both UI/UX and graphic design domains.

Requirements:

1. Educational Background: A degree or certification in UI/UX design, graphic design, or a related field.
2. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing design projects, highlighting problem-solving skills and creativity.
3. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of design tools and software, eagerness to learn and grow in this area.
4. Creativity: Demonstrated creativity in design thinking and problem-solving.
