Position Details: UI/ UX Associate
Description:
Responsibilities:
- Learn and Collaborate: Work closely with the UI/UX design team to understand project requirements and collaborate on design solutions.
- Design Research: Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, user preferences, and design best practices.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Assist in creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Graphic Design: Develop graphic elements and assets for use in user interfaces, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing design.
- User Testing: Participate in usability testing sessions and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Software Proficiency: Learn and utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or other relevant software.
- Communication: Effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to team members, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.
- Adaptability: Be open to learning new design methodologies and adapting to evolving project requirements.
Additional Responsibility:
- Multimedia Skills Development: Display a willingness to learn and enhance skills in video editing. Collaborate with the multimedia team to understand video production requirements and contribute to the creation of engaging multimedia content.
- Graphic Design Tasks: Undertake additional graphic design responsibilities, including but not limited to creating marketing collateral, social media visuals, and other graphic elements as needed for various projects. This will provide a well-rounded experience in both UI/UX and graphic design domains.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: A degree or certification in UI/UX design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing design projects, highlighting problem-solving skills and creativity.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of design tools and software, eagerness to learn and grow in this area.
- Creativity: Demonstrated creativity in design thinking and problem-solving.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts.
