Position Details: Talent Enablement Lead
Description:
JD – Talent Enablement Lead :
- Establish and Oversee OKR implementation across the organization. Act as a subject matter expert when helping teams, ensure buy in and adoption of OKR
- Collaborate with the Tribe leads to set the key objectives (KRA’s and KPI’s) for its members with continuous evaluation of results
- Develop and deliver training programs to drive an OKR culture within the organization
- Establishes consistent and reliable communication with stakeholders in regard to the OKR program, and ensures that feedback is collected and incorporated through clear processes
- Analyze performance data and provide insights to senior management
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year of experience in performance management implementation and best practices (preferably OKR)
· Minimum 3 years of overall experience in talent management
