Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s technology vision and strategy to meet business objectives, focusing on scalability, innovation, and alignment with client needs.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a cross-functional technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.
- Product Development: Oversee the development of AI-driven solutions, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable technology products and services.
- Client Collaboration: Act as a technical point of contact for Fortune 500 clients, ensuring their expectations are met and that they receive tailored solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry best practices, security protocols, and regulatory requirements, especially for clients based in the US and UK.
- Innovation & Research: Keep up with the latest trends in AI, data science, and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in technology leadership, with a track record in AI and data-focused IT services.
- Proven experience working with Fortune 500 clients, especially in the US/UK markets.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, data engineering, cloud solutions, and software development.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and data protection standards relevant to US/UK markets.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a visionary approach to technology integration and client delivery.
- Experience in fostering a high-performance culture within technical teams.
This role will involve some travel to client sites in the US and UK
