**Position Overview**  

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented *Business Analyst Associate* to join our team. This entry-level role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, test solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.  

**Key Responsibilities**  

1. **Requirement Gathering and Analysis:**  

   - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.  

   - Conduct interviews, workshops, and research to gather detailed insights.  

2. **Documentation:**  

   - Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows.  

   - Maintain an organized repository of project documentation for easy access.  

3. **Testing and Validation:**  

   - Develop test cases and scenarios based on business requirements.  

   - Perform testing to validate that solutions meet business needs and ensure quality assurance.  

   - Identify and report defects, ensuring timely resolution.  

4. **Stakeholder Communication:**  

   - Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.  

   - Provide regular updates on project progress and seek clarifications when needed.  

5. **Alignment and Support:**  

   - Ensure that solutions align with organizational objectives and meet stakeholder expectations.  

   - Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts.  

**Qualifications and Skills**  

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.  

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.  

- Basic understanding of business process modeling and workflow diagrams.  

- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies is a plus.  

- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, or any requirement management software is preferred.

- Highly organized with attention to detail.  

- Eager to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.  

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.  

- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
