Description:

Job Title: UI/UX Designer (4+ Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-friendly, functional designs.
• Conduct user research, create personas, and define customer journeys to inform design decisions.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Create intuitive, visually appealing UI components and user flows that enhance the user experience.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, maintaining design integrity throughout the development cycle.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the design process and product quality.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in both web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale and present to stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams, with an ability to work in an agile development environment.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles is a plus.
• Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software are a strong advantage.
• A willingness to learn new tools and techniques as needed to improve design output and processes.
• A keen eye for detail, a creative mindset, and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions.
