Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with over 5 years of experience in SaaS companies to lead the growth and success of our autonomous AI agents. In this role, you will be in charge of shaping the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, working closely with various teams to create impactful solutions that address market demands and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for autonomous AI agents, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Identify market opportunities and define product positioning to cater to customer needs.
• Roadmap Planning: Build and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on customer input, market insights, and business objectives. Ensure that product milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to guarantee seamless execution of product plans. Act as a liaison between teams to streamline communication and coordination for product development.
• Feature Specifications: Draft detailed product requirements and user stories. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to transform these into actionable tasks, ensuring features are built to meet quality and user expectations.
• Go-to-Market Execution: Lead the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies for product launches. Partner with marketing and sales teams to craft compelling product messaging, training materials, and promotional campaigns.
• Customer and Market Insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback, conduct market research, and perform competitive analysis to drive product decisions. Develop user personas and use cases to shape product features and functionalities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager within SaaS companies, with a demonstrated history of successfully launching and overseeing software products. Experience in the AI or technology sector is preferred.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
