Main Responsibilities:
- Understand the business's ongoing hiring needs and develop an effective sourcing strategy to create a strong talent pool for open positions.
- Create and publish compelling job advertisements while managing responses across social media platforms, internal career portals, and job boards.
- Conduct initial applicant screenings and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in sourcing within the Information Technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing tools and methods, including Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication skills, a team player, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
