What You’ll Do:

- Deliver Excellence: Lead multiple Digital and Data Engineering projects on time and within budget.
- Be a Mentor: Act as a technical expert to ensure smooth project execution aligned with customer expectations.
- Drive Growth: Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure continued account growth.
- Ensure Satisfaction: Monitor account health and implement effective project governance for high customer satisfaction.
- Spot Opportunities: Identify new opportunities and design solutions that meet customer needs.
- Plan Teams: Structure teams for current and upcoming projects while coordinating with recruitment for timely hiring.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: 15+ years in a similar role within the IT services industry.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a deep understanding of IT managed services.
- Knowledge: Experience with AI-led solutions is a distinct advantage.
- Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and global customers simultaneously.
- Revenue Focus: Comfortable handling multi-million revenue scales and owning revenue targets.
