Education Requirements 

Master’s or Engineering degree with business acumen in Business Analytics, Statistics, or a closely related analytical field. data analytics experience in consumer, retail, marketing, ad-tech, or a similar quantitative field. 

 Skills 

 - Experience in creating performant dashboards with Tableau or similar tools. 
-Excellent SQL development skills 
- Good Visualization techniques using BI for reporting 
- Statistical background, including A/B testing. 
- Python experience for data extraction and loading. 
- Experience in retail or e-commerce sectors. 

Special Skills Required 

 - Strong SQL development skills, including data manipulation and analysis. 
- Experience with data mining and statistical packages (R/Python). 
- Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools, or ability to learn quickly 
- Experience working with technology teams (engineering, business intelligence, data warehousing, data science) to implement data-analytics solutions. 
- Strong background in databases and data warehousing techniques, with complex data query capabilities. 
- Familiarity with statistical sampling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design. 
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
- Experience in designing predictive data models and translating findings to business use-cases. 
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit. 

Position Overview 

Person should lead and support the team with data mining, with proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools and efforts to address analytically complex challenges within  fast-growing e-commerce company or retail , fast fashion  domain . Focus on marketing analytics from customer acquisition through their lifecycle, leveraging strong SQL and data manipulation skills.
